$57,841,763 Went Missing From Our UAW Where Did It Go? From 2014 year-end to 2015 year-beginning it disappeared from the books.

According to “Generally Accepted Accounting Principles” (GAAP) the carry-forward dollar amount from the end of the previous year MUST match the beginning amount for the beginning of the next year.

However, The question is: What happened to the discrepancy of $57,841,762.86 for the year ending in 2014 as reported, and on the 2014 balance brought forward to the 2015 year end report?
