Dear United States Treasury Representative:
REGARDING: The New York State Pension Fund!
The New York State Pension Fund is currently in need of immediate attention and assistance.
As I recall the financial crisis of 2008, when numerous banks [with the sole exception of Lehman Brothers], were considered “Too Big To Fail”, and were given TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS in aid and assistance to prevent their failure.
I now submit that the workers, retirees in-waiting and retired workers not only of this Pension Fund, but also of this great country are also, “Too Big To Fail”!!!
Thus, I call upon any and all decision makers in the Treasury and Congress alike to: Address and Assist THE NEW YORK PENSION FUND and other pension funds as may exist with the exact same vigor and assistance that was given to the 2008 banking system!
This Problem Needs To Be Fixed – With Great Haste!
