We would like to pay full attribution and to thank both Dr. Tom Adams Phd, and Brother Bill “skip” Hanline for their diligent and tendentious efforts in their achievement to discover this difficult and hard to find information. Additionally, both individuals have made it a quest to end such abuses. In fact, Brother Hanline has made correcting such abuses his life’s work and has over twenty 4 drawer file cabinets in his home full of such historic data. In both 2014 and in 2015, Brother Hanline authorized the use of the above documents for the purpose of putting an end to such abuses. Brother “skip” – we believe we just did that!
